Exercise builds strong bones and muscles, and helps your child to sleep better at night and feel more energized during the day. It's also an important part of a healthy lifestyle. We try to incorporate activities that teach children good exercise habits. We provide activities inside and outside, weather permitting that helps your child get a portion of the recommended daily exercise.
